Novotel Surabaya Hotel is situated in an incredibly central placement, it truly is clean along with the beds are really comfy! This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff from the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. I have booked the room for seven nights with my spouse. Beds were being cozy and the space was always pretty clean. The personnel were incredibly useful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an extremely social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.
